All services are subject to a separate engagement letter or service agreement, which will govern the specific scope, fees, and terms of each engagement.

We offer an initial 30-minute consultation free of charge. This consultation is provided as a general introduction to our services and does not constitute legal advice or create a client-attorney relationship. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written service agreement and receipt of any applicable retainer.
Our fees are as published on our Pricing page or as quoted in your service agreement. All published fees exclude Korean VAT (10%) unless otherwise stated. Government filing fees are included in our fixed-fee packages where specified. Payment terms are as set out in your individual service agreement.
We reserve the right to update our published pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect existing signed service agreements.
